Happy Thanksgiving! :) (1,131!)

It was only a two day week but we crammed as many AOKs into those two days as possible!!!  :)
I got a BD card for my BFF Mrs. Smith-I hope to get her present this weekend-I'm trying to find that "perfect" gift!  :)
Mady spread some left over bird seed out in the yard so they could have a "snack" on their way to "FLA."  ;)  She also let us borrow her Splat Says Thank-You book to use as an example for their Thanksgiving cards.  :)  We sent a thank-you note to her pre-school teachers to let them know how thankful we are for them.  :)  Mady sent a video to her BFF Kels this week & Kels sent Mady a sweet note in the mail.  :)  I love their sweet friendship!  :)  We made a thankful wreath in our family & in our class.  :)  Taygen's mom made Mady some cute, cute, cute bows!  :)
Taygen brought in box tops & pop tops.  :)  We sent  3 Get Well cards, 2 Thinking of You cards and 2 BD cards.  We also made 2 sets of Thank-You cards & a batch of chocolate chip cookies to share at their stations for Brody's Mom & Andrew's Dad to show our fire fighter & police officer families that we know that our heroes always don't give days off-even though it's Thanksgiving & Christmas.  :)  Brody's Mom came in & did a special fire safety program for our class & Mrs. Smith's class.  It was a very informative, interesting program.  The kids LOVED it!  :)  Mrs. Smith's class invited us over for friendship salad to say thank-you for inviting them to the program.  :)
My kiddos made Thank-You cards for someone in their families to celebrate Thanksgiving.  :)  We took advantage of this short week & went ahead & started our Christmas gifts.  We painted some cute tumblers for our classroom volunteers.  We made sparkly stars & hand print Christmas trees for our parent gifts.  Miss Sloan loaned us some brown paint to make the stems on our trees.  :)
So...as you can see-we stayed pretty busy this week!  :)
Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!  :)
