Week 16-Happy Thanksgiving! :) (988!)

Happy Thanksgiving!  I have SO VERY much to be Thankful for!  :)  

My sweet Boo made 4 Thanksgiving cards for the people in her life she loves the most.  :)  We gave Mrs. Huff a Thanksgiving card-we are SO INCREDIBLY BLESSED to have her in our lives!  :)  I wrote Thankful messages for my class & Mady, Shawn & my Mom.  (like I said, I have SO VERY much to be Thankful for!).  :)  We donated Pop Tabs for the Ronald McDonald house.  My kiddos made Thanksgiving cards for someone that they are thankful for.  :)  Mady let us use two of my favorite Thanksgiving books this week.  :)

My sweet BFF Nicole watched Mady for me last week when I had Caller Duty & it was WAY to cold for Boo to stand outside with me.  Mady loves to hang out with her Auntie, Ethan & Blakers.  :)  Mrs. Sloan let us borrow paint for our Christmas projects.  I got 3 love notes from my kiddos.  Mrs. Frady gave my kiddos the sweetest note for letting her come watch a lesson.  :)  Mrs. Depew & Mrs. Sebastian gave me some bread left over from their Stone Soup-YUM!  :)

Like I said-we have SO VERY much to be THANKFUL for!

Week 15-Over 900! (936!)

It's Thanksgiving time & man oh man do we have SO VERY much to be Thankful for!  :)

Mady got a "dress" that didn't fit so we got to give it to a friend.  :)  We sent a Happy BD card to J.R.'s Grandmother & she sent the sweetest note back to us.  We also got a nice Thank-You note from one of our elderly friends that we send BD cards to-it's so nice for us to know that our small AOKs are making a difference in people's lives.  :)

Jalayiah brought in a special treat for Mady & me-it was SO SWEET of her to think of my Boo Bear too!  :)  I was evaluated this week & sent out a request for a book that I needed for my lesson-I was blessed to receive copies from 4 different people!  I LOVE how you can always count on our CBE team to help out!  :)  My evaluator was Mrs. Frady & my kids loved having her in our room SO much that a few of them decided to make her some love notes.  :)

I got 8 love notes from my students this week & two super sweet ones from my Boo Bear!  I LOVE that kid SO much & I love how she loves me, even when I act unlovable.  :P

Mrs. Schippers loaned us a very fun Thanksgiving book to use for sequencing this week-it was SO CUTE!  I gave Mrs. Schippers a card for her BD Friday, she is a good friend and team mate & she is always so thoughtful & I love how she checks in just to make sure you are doing o.k.  :)

Mr.  H. helped me do school stuff this week-what would I do w/o him?  Mrs. DiFranco was a life saver & found my name badge & returned it to me!  Mrs. Coode let me use her pencil sharpener twice this week.  My Mom did a true AOK for our family this week-what would we do w/o her?  :)

Finally, we did our regular recycling this week for K & 1st.  :)

Week 14-Veteran's Day (873!)

This week was Veteran's Day & we got to do some sweet AOKs!  :)  

I got 5 "love notes" from my kiddos this week. :)  Mrs. McCain gave me some squirt bottles to use for Art with my Boo-I can't wait!  :)  Shawn helped me with some school stuff.  Mrs. Coode let me use her pencil sharpener.  :)  I had 4 friends loan me books for my upcoming evaluation-so sweet!  :)

We gave Pop Tabs to the student council to send to the Ronald McDonald house.  :)  Mady, I & JR donated food to the 2nd Harvest Food Drive.  :)  I gave a baby coupon to Mrs. Smith.  :)

We made cards for Veterans-some kiddos gave them to a special veteran in their life & the rest who didn't know a veteran gave them to Jacob to give to his Grandfather-he just happened to be visiting Jacob-BONUS!  Mady & I ran into an Army Veteran @ a restaurant this week & got to say a personal Thank-You, he was VERY appreciative; which helped me to remember that a heart felt Thank-You can go such a long way to making some one's day!  :)

We made a Thinking of You card for Ms. Kibble-one of our crossing guards, her mother recently passed away.  :(

We made our December cards for our elderly friends at my Mom's church.  :)

My sweet Mady girl let me borrow her "Flipeeze hat" for outside caller duty-it's been freezing outside!  Brrrr!

We did our regular recycle this week, even in the freezing cold, for K & 1st grade.

Week 13 (Over 800)! {804}

We have another week under our belts and lots of AOKs to show for it.  :)

I got four love notes from my sweet kiddos.  :)  I got another love note with some candy on it.  :)   We donated some Pop Tabs to the Student Council to give to Ronald McDonald house.  :)  I gave my mamma two coupons & Mrs. Vickers one coupon.  Mady let me borrow one of her books for my kids to use for sequencing.  :)   Julius brought in some food for our school food drive.  :)   Mrs. Stewart's grandmother passed away & 1st grade gave her a sympathy card.  :(

Mr. Holloway helped me cut out some laminate & Mrs. Coode let me use her pencil sharpener twice.  

We did our weekly recycle for K & 1st grade yesterday.

Week 12-Halloween Week! (772)

This week was a busy one!  :)  

I gave my Mom 4 coupons.  :)  We gave Mrs. Depew a diaper coupon.   Mady gave her friend Kiley a BD card.  :)  We wrote Ms. Baker, our head custodian, friendly letters to show our appreciation for all of the services she provides for us.  :)  Luke brought popcorn for our class.  :)

My secret pal gave me a new teacher mug full of Reeses-YUM!  :)  I got 10 love notes from my kiddos this week.  :)  We got a Halloween goodie bag from one of church sponsors with the sweetest Bible verse.  :)  Shawn helped me cut out laminate this week.  :)  Mrs. Coode let me use her pencil sharpener four times in the last few weeks.  :)  Riley Kate helped me clean out one of my students desks that moved.  :)  Mrs. Stewart took my Voyager class yesterday & 1st grade spilt my class yesterday afternoon so I could take Mady to the Dr.  I don't know what I'd do w/o those amazing ladies!  :)

We recycled for K & 1st grade this week.  :)
