It's been rainy, rainy, rainy here so we haven't really felt like getting OUT & doing AOKs but we've done some inside stuff. :)
For L wk Mady wrote some Love Letters to her Gram-Gram & Pop-Pop & her Grandma Great. We sent some of our favorite vacation pictures to them when we sent the letters. :)
I was very proud of Mady several times in the last wk. We were at the zoo & she saw trash on the ground & voluntarily picked it up. :) Also we rode the Incline Railway in Chattanooga last weekend & when we were getting off the train she thanked the train conductor on her own before we could prompt her to. It made Shawn & I both proud. :) It may sound silly but it lets me know that our lessons are starting to sink in with her & that she is starting to think outside of herself and that makes this mamma's heart very happy! :)
I sent two sympathy cards to different coworkers (former & current) that have recently lost loved ones. :( I also got to send some more coupons to Mrs. Depew. Finally, we had the opportunity to pass on a coupon at Hobby Lobby when what we were purchasing was already 50%-you should NEVER let a good coupon go to waste! :)
We're a little behind (in everything) this rain is extremely UNMOTIVATING! :P I'm hoping the weather will clear up a bit & we'll get back on track! :)
I did put this years AOK scrapbook pages together today & I was very pleased to look back over what we did this year & to see that we increased our AOK total from our 1st year by over 400! I can't wait to see what we'll be able to accomplish next year! :)
